Believe it or not, we love listening to other podcasts and reading other blogs. In fact, we enjoy it so much that we wanted to share with you some of our favorites!

In other words, we've benefitted from these and we think you will too. Go ahead and check them out sometime. It'll be well worth it.

Podcasts

  • The Happy Rant
When you need a break from the seriousness of the world, these guys will have you rolling in laughter. Hats off to these fine gentlemen and their podcast decadence.

  • Doctrine and Devotion
A smarter (and cooler) version of Simple Theology. With cigars in hand, the JoFo keep things entertaining while inspiring people to draw closer to God through Scripture. Well done, fellas.

  • The Briefing
"A daily analysis of news and events from a Christian worldview." Albert Mohler is the smartest man I've ever met. So there's that. His input is always welcome and beneficial.

  • Pastors' Talk (9 Marks)
Practical ways of applying doctrine to church ministry. Mark Dever and Jonathan Leeman are a wealth of wisdom for church leaders today (you don't have to be a pastor to appreciate this podcast).

  • Ask Pastor John
John Piper addresses some of the toughest questions facing Christians today. And in typical Piper fashion, he does it with humility and clarity.

  • 5 Minutes in Church History
Exactly what it sounds like. For those of us who would like to know more Church history but don't really know where to start, this 5-minute podcast is a great resource.

  • Alpha and Omega Ministries
These episodes tend to be long. However, if you're into apologetics, Dr. James White is one of the best apologists alive today (perhaps is the best?).

Blogs

This will be a straightforward list. Take a peek at each one and decide for yourself which ones you find to be most edifying!

This isn't a complete list, but hopefully it's helpful in pointing you to reliable resources.

Feel free to let us know what blogs and podcasts you enjoy! We're always on the lookout for great material.
