The Happy Rant
When you need a break from the seriousness of the world, these guys will provide it. Tip of the cap to these fine gentlemen and their podcast decadence.
Pastors' Talk (9 Marks)
Practical ways of applying doctrine to church ministry. Mark Dever and Jonathan Leeman provide wisdom and healthy practice for church leaders today (you don't have to be a pastor to appreciate this podcast).
Doctrine and Devotion
A smarter (and admittedly cooler) version of Simple Theology. With cigars in hand, the JoFo keep things entertaining while inspiring listeners to draw closer to God through Scripture. Well done, fellas.
"A daily analysis of news and events from a Christian worldview." Albert Mohler is the smartest man I've ever met. So there's that. His commentary on daily news helped millions of thoughtful Christians navigate the culture around us.
Ask Pastor John
John Piper addresses some of the toughest questions facing Christians today. And in typical Piper fashion, he does it with humility and clarity.
5 Minutes in Church History
Exactly what it sounds like. For those of us who would like to know more Church history but don't really know where to start, this 5-minute podcast is a great resource.
Hosted by Jen Wilkin, JT English and Kyle Worley, this podcast dives into Christian story, belief and practice in a way that that is accessible to everyone.
This will be a straightforward list. Take a peek at each one and decide for yourself which ones you find to be most edifying.
This isn't a complete list, but hopefully it's helpful in pointing you to some reliable resources.
Feel free to let us know what blogs and podcasts you enjoy! We're always on the lookout for great material.
